Andrew’s dedication to education has taken him around the world, including advanced training courses in San Diego, California, Tuscany, and Spain. These experiences have helped shape his approach to modern hairdressing, salon standards, and team development.
As the Director of Andrew Slater Hairdressing, Andrew is passionate about creating a luxury salon experience while constantly training and mentoring the next generation of stylists. He believes in developing talent from within, inspiring future hairdressers to grow in confidence, skill, and professionalism.
When Andrew isn’t behind the chair, you’ll usually find him in the garden, creating, building, and bringing new ideas to life — a reflection of the same creativity and attention to detail he brings into the salon every day.
