I book an appointment to style my hair for a wedding couple of months in advance and I emailed salon to tell them I have frizzy hair and I need someone who can smooth it down and knows how to do it. I had a call a few days later to confirm they have received my message and they suggested that I have Krestase treatment to help with the frizz and styling and I agreed. However, on the day, I had the worst and most embarrassing hair style bit as I was going to a wedding I couldn’t do anything. I paid something around £70 and it was absolutely waste of money apart from I was embarrassed that my hair was so messy because of the v low quality holding spray she sprayed on my hair and it was all stick together. DON’T GO TO THIS SALON FOR STYLING YOUR HAIR Just given 2star because the lady who did my hair was nice but not expert.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish! Stacey did an amazing job with my haircut, really listened to what I wanted and paid incredible attention to detail. I absolutely love the result! The whole team was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. One of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much! ❤️

The staff are so lovely & friendly I was made to feel welcomed looked after so well by Bridget & Sophie. I had a consult with Sophie who recommended foils & colour to match my hair she made me feel relaxed as I was nervous having changed my hairdresser after many years I love my new colour & cut thank you 🤩

My first time visiting the salon. Sophie did a cut and colour for me and I couldn't be happier. My colour is amazing and I was very impressed with her cutting skills. Complimentary coffee was also of a good quality. Well done everyone.

I had such a fantastic experience at Andrew Slater Malvern! Stacey did an absolutely amazing job — my hair has genuinely never looked this good. My hair color looks exactly how I wanted it to. She even managed to completely fix a haircut I’d had done the week before at Mosu, which unfortunately was terrible, and transformed it into something I absolutely love. Stacey was brilliant from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Andrew was also fantastic during the color consultation. The salon is very clean and all the staff were professional and so welcoming. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. By far the best salon I've been to I highly recommend it!

I have been a regular customer for numerous years now and have seen multiple hairdressers. I cannot fault anyone, I've ajways been happy with my hair and would recommend to anyone.

after going to a previous salon and having my hair ruined, I went to see Estee and she did a beautiful job at fixing it. I left the salon very happy with my result. this will now be my regular salon.

Absolutely AMAZING STUFF!! Service was amazing (free drinks, snacks etc) And everyone was genuinely so nice and welcoming! Stacy (curl specialist) was my hair dresser. She made me feel comfortable, socialized with me, and was very understanding of my condition (PNES seizures). I requested a curl revival blow dry as I had damaged curly hair, and she delivered! My textured hair went from frizzy to curly, and hydrated! Thank you so much Stacy 🙂

I went to see Stacey for the first time as a girl with curly hair and the service was amazing. I was given advice on how best to manage and define my curls. I’ve had a curly cut, in a way I’ve never had it cut before, and it’s created a lovely rounder shape. Over the moon, thank you Stacey!
