What Can I Expect During My KScan Service?

Your appointment begins with a one-to-one consultation with your stylist, where we’ll discuss how your hair feels and behaves, from dryness, oiliness and sensitivity to flat roots, fluffy ends or any other concerns. We’ll then use the handheld KScan Hair & Scalp Camera to examine your scalp in detail, using advanced light technology to assess areas such as oiliness, redness, clogged pores, sensitivity and overall scalp balance.

Once the scan is complete, your stylist will talk you through the results, including insights from the camera’s AI-powered analysis, and create a personalised treatment and home care plan using the most suitable Kérastase products for your needs.
