Helping to feed the homeless & vulnerable All the

Helping to feed the homeless & vulnerable
All the Andrew Slater Hairdressing team came together and donated funds towards helping feed the homeless & vulnerable at @worcesterstreetcafe .
As the team like to support local charities, Sarah took it upon herself to organise this evening. All the money that was raised between the staff went towards all the ingredients which were purchased the day before by Sarah, Kirsty and Jo for 55 portions of a hot main meal and 55 portions of a hot pudding. All prepped and prepared by the wonderful Sarah, Lorraine, Jo and Claire, who not only prepped and cooked, they then stayed in their own time to serve it on a cold night.
Worcester Street Cafe is a wonderful charity that sets up a table outside the Salvation Army on Trinity Street, they serve hot and cold drinks, freshly cooked meals, puddings and goody bags. All from the help of volunteers like ourselves. The team there are absolutely incredible.

It was my first visit to the salon where I was greeted with a smile and total professionalism. Consultation was brilliant which ended in a wonderful new colour and look and received a fabulous Kerastase treatment which I would thoroughly recommend. Just had my hair cut by Estee, it has been completely restyled, I had quite a lot cut off and layers too. I also had a treatment, my hair now feels lush. Estee was really friendly and I am now thinking about having some foils. Definitely recommend Estee, I feel so much better.

Having previously had my blonde locks turned multicoloured I was left with a 3” grey root and various orange/brown and yellow streaks throughout!!I knew retrieving my blonde locks would be a huge task.Emma at Andrew Slater was amazing. I just wanted to say how happy I was with Coral at Andrew Slater. I came in for my consultation and she understood what I wanted straight away. After going to a different hairdressers and receiving something different to what I ask for and being really upset and disappointed coral went out of her away to make it how I wanted. She explained step by step what she was doing, asked what colour I was after on a chart and was just generally a lovely person who made me feel so welcome!

Andrew and his team are fantastic, so warm and welcoming and couldn’t feel safer with Covid. I was so nervous about having my haircut properly for the first time in 10 years, it was damaged and had got really long but scraggly. We came up with a plan together and my hair is exactly what I wanted, it looks amazing and with his advice we have a plan moving forwards to get it healthy again. I have already precooked for 8 weeks time! I would recommend to anyone.

I had a cut & blow dry and was looked after by a lovely hair dresser called Kirsten. This was my first visit to Andrew Slater and decided to visit after a recommendation from a friend and would definitely be visiting again. I felt incredibly safe with all the things they’ve put in place to protect staff and customers with the hand sanitiser point on entry, screens in between clients and the high standard of cleanliness. Kirsten has done a fantastic job with my hair as it had got into a bit of a state during lock down and she was very knowledgeable when came to recommending certain products to improve my hair.

I had my hair done by Claire this week . As a nurse I m very cautious about Covid but I m pleased to say I felt very safe with the precautions being taken .
The staff were friendly and happy . Jo the receptionist had a smile which was welcoming .

My appointment was with Estee who’s consultation and advise through to the end result was nothing short of AMAZING! She read my thoughts and produced nothing short of a miracle!
